• Usage Data: pages visited, items viewed, and interactions with other users or features.
• Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for analytics and security.
• Transaction Data: when you buy or sell items on our platform.
• Driver Registration and Verification Data: contact details, identity documents such as KTP and driver licence, selfie, vehicle information, and verification status when you apply to become a NEMU driver.
• Driver Location and Delivery Data: approximate and precise location while the driver is on duty, order offers, pickup and delivery progress, completion codes, and delivery history.
• Driver Financial Data: earnings, wallet balance, withdrawal records, and bank account details used for payouts.
• App and Notification Data: installation identifier, authentication sessions, device information, and notification registration token.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

• Operate and maintain the NEMU platform.
• Enable secure logins and personalized experiences.
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Improve our AI-powered recommendations and marketplace features.
• Communicate updates, offers, or support messages.
• Verify driver applications and activate approved driver accounts.
• Match available drivers with nearby orders, show delivery progress, calculate earnings, and prevent location fraud.
• Send time-sensitive order offers and delivery status notifications.

3. How We Protect Your Data

We use encryption, limited employee access, and secure servers. While no system is 100% secure, we continuously update our protection measures.

4. Sharing Information

We don't sell your data. We may share minimal necessary info with:

• Service providers needed to operate payments, payouts, hosting, maps, notifications, communications, identity verification, and customer support.
• Buyers, sellers, and drivers, limited to information needed to fulfil an order. We do not show one buyer's private address or contact details to another buyer.
• Law enforcement when required by law.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep personal data only while it is needed to provide the service, keep accounts and transactions secure, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory duties. Closing an account removes data that is no longer required. Transaction, payout, audit, fraud-prevention, and compliance records may be retained for the periods explained on our Account & Data Deletion page.

6. Your Rights

You can request:

• Access or correction to your data.
• Deletion of your account.
• Opt-out from promotional emails.

Nemu Driver users can request deletion from the Account tab in the app. All users can also follow the steps on the Account & Data Deletion page.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service may include links or integrations (e.g., Google OAuth, logistics APIs). Each has its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them.
